I would absolutely recommend a stay in this beautiful apartment if you are looking to spend time in Bologna. It is very central, the vista from the top floor is amazing and the hosts are very accommodating.

Giovanni was extremely responsive. The location can’t be beat. The upstairs view was lovely. I can give the save caveats others have. It’s 102 steps to the apartment and 121 total from the street to the upstairs living room and kitchen. So, don’t complain about it when you get there. There is some street noise at night, but not constant. Sunday morning church bells were amazing being up next to the bell tower!!!

This is truly a great place to stay right in the centre of town. Close to everything but in a quiet location. A lovely clean and well maintained apartment. The only word on warning is that it is a climb up the tower to the apartment. That said it must be one of the best places to stay in Bologna. We had a great stay in this lovely city.

Amazing view from the upper floor. The place was very clean. Location is perfect for historic sites and food. There is a quaint little cafe right around the corner that has excellent service and feel like the essence of Italy.
Only be aware that there are a lot of steps to get to this room but the view is well worth the climb.

Lovely apartment; the living room is full of light, and gives you wonderful views of the city (though you can't see the street). Francesco was thorough and helpful at check in and set us up well. Location is fabulous.

Book thins place it is a gem. Great location and spectacular views! Two things others have mentioned but will confirm! 1) over 100 stairs to climb 2) bring ear plugs to sleep. The noise from the bottle recycling is very loud.

Giovanni's place is in the perfect location for exploring Bologna and its outlying areas. We came in by car and easily found the parking garage that Giovanni recommended, it was 1 minute from the apartment. The apartment is open and airy and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Restaurants (delicious food!) and shops are steps from the door. We had a fantastic stay!

FAQ
The house comes equipped with bed linens, a set of towels, and a welcome bathroom kit, as well as a selection of espresso brewing capsules.
The chek-in is automatic via the Vikey application, you will have to follow the instructions that you will receive via email and an internet connection will be required.
Check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00pm, and check-out is until 11:00am.
All of our homes are equipped with kitchens, with everything you need to prepare any kind of dish from the simplest to the most complex
